  • Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
